Toyota 4 Runner® Hood Vibration Fix

As a 4Runner owner, I want to tell you of an answer to an annoying problem . I was driving my 4 Runner when made aware of the fact that the rear edge of the hood , near the windshield, would vibrate or “flutter” up and down very noticeably when driving at highway speed, into head winds, or at lower speed on rippled, rough roads. The ”flutter” was distracting and annoying.
