This guarantee is limited to failure of the product due to faulty material or workmanship of the Flanker Solutions Corporation product only. The Product is being sold without warranty or condition of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Seller be liable to the Buyer or any third party for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages even if advised of the possibility thereof.

The Flanker Solutions Corporation Hood Stabilizer will not fit and is not intended for use on any other vehicle. The Flanker Solutions Hood Stabilzer is licensed to Flanker Solutions Corp. and is not affiliated with Toyota Motor Corporation in any way.
